This is My Story

“Making Memories to Last a Lifetime”  is more than just a phrase at New Moon Photography LLC – it is also my ultimate goal as a Photographer and an Artist.  I received my first camera as a gift when I was just six years old, from my father- who had a great passion for his hobby of Photography – a passion that he passed on to me.   Ever since then,  I have LOVED taking photographs …..

I studied Art in college and taught Art for several years,  working in many different media.  But it is Photography that has always fascinated me the most because it allows me to look for and capture the unique beauty of a single moment in time, and make it last forever.

I decided to start New Moon Photography LLC because taking photos is my passion and it brings me great joy.  It is the way I connect with the people, places, and things in the world around me every day.  I love being with people,  sharing their happy times,  and photographing their special moments – capturing and sharing  special memories that they will love and cherish for a lifetime.

There is so much beauty in the world around us,  often in the times and places where we least expect to find it.   As a Photographer it is my daily goal – whether doing a Photo session for a client or taking photos for my own pleasure – to bring joy to others by finding and sharing the beauty that I see in this world with others through my photos.
